To attend the conference, you must be pre-registered at the conference website. If you are not yet pre-registered, please go to Pre-registration section on the website menu and then, go back to Registration in the Attendance section on the website menu.
Payment process
- Login here in the website, using the credentials used in the pre-registration. If you are not yet pre-registered, go to Pre-registration section on the website.
- Go back to Registration in the Attendance section on the website menu.<\li>
- Select the registration mode (attendant that presents or does not present an oral communication).
- Three different payment methods are accepted: credit card, paypal account and bank transfers.
- Invoice information: billing is mandatory. You will need to provide the following information during the registration process:
- If you want us to issue the invoice with your university/company details: the name of your University/Company, VAT NUMBER, and, address.
- If you want us to issue the invoice with your personal details: NAME AND SURNAME, ID number (if Spaniard) or Passport Number, and address.
Payment management
Instituto de Ciencias Sociales Computacionales is the company in charge of the payments management. Instituto de Ciencias Sociales Computacionales is responsible for the associated arrangements related to registration payments.
